Founder & Main Lead

Tony Lodge

Tony Lodge is the founder of BluePrint and the driving force behind its mission to modernize pathways into skilled trades. Raised near Appalachia, Tony is a former foster youth, first-generation college graduate, and a product of America’s blue-collar backbone. His journey began in Eastern Kentucky, where he worked as a janitor at a community college while pursuing opportunity beyond the constraints of his circumstances. That determination ultimately carried him to Harvard and into leadership across public service, workforce policy, and venture-oriented strategy. BluePrint reflects both Tony’s lived experience and his long-term conviction that talent is everywhere, even when opportunity is not.
